Who we are? Morheat Ltd. provides a range of plumbing and heating services.  This privacy notice tells you what to expect when Morheat Ltd. processes your personal information.  

Morheat Ltd. complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018 in relation to personal information that we process and ensures that it is not misused. The Regulation defines a set of guidelines we must follow when handling your information.

What Personal Data we hold:

  • Industry compliant certifications. 

How we use your personal and business information:

  • This data is used to manage our business to business relationships. 

  • Provide clients with goods, services or data they request. 

  • Satisfy and meet our legal and regulatory requirements. 

  • Make payments for services 

We have a duty of care to make sure your data is held securely and accessible only to individuals who require it. 

By confirming and agreeing to our services, you are accepting how we process and store your data. If you do not require or agree to a service after initial contact, please contact us and request that we delete your personal information. If we do not receive a request, your information will be stored securely for future reference. 

Sharing your information

We never sell your personal information or pass it to marketing companies. We will share your information with third party companies and with suppliers if you require a specific service, i.e. sprinkler installations or renewable technology. We will inform you that we intend to do this and gain your permission before passing on any personal information.

  • The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • The right to data portability – You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organisation, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
